At Great Sky, Fairgreen has dedicated nearly 300 acres to recreation and open space. Miles of sidewalks and wooded trails link each neighborhood with Great Sky's very own Mountain Club, a spectacular recreation center open to every Great Sky family.

The Club draws its name from the luxurious Mountain Lodge Clubhouse that greets residents as they arrive. Behind it is the Great Sky Water Park, a favorite of children and adults alike. There you'll find a Junior Olympic pool with beach entry, a water slide tower with splash pool and water umbrella, and a separate “reflecting pool” for life’s quieter moments.

The Mountain Club has much more — a tennis center, a basketball court, a wonderful children’s playground (conveniently located by the pool), and a children’s Adventure Park where kids can exercise in the forested beauty of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
